How To Use?

• It is always a good idea to use antibacterial soap or Palm Safe before inserting or removing your cup.
• Sit in a squatting position.
• Use your thumb and index finger to reach the knob.
• Pinch the base of the cup firmly as you slide upwards
• Squeeze the cup gently and tilt it in a sideways direction to release the air
• To remove, squat and gently grab the cup with your index finger or any finger with a thumb.
