What is the delivery process?
The brand will pack the order and the courier partners will get the products delivered in 7-10 business days. Due to lockdown in some areas, there might be a delay of 2-3 days. 

Which courier partner will deliver my product?
Based on your location and courier service, the courier partners will be allotted for your order. You will be notified, the order is shipped

Can I choose my courier partner?
No, based on the availability and courier service, the courier partners will be allotted for your order. You will be notified, the order is shipped

What are the shipping and handling time?
The handling time will be 1 day from the date of order and shipping time will be 2 days from the date of order.

What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free for all orders above INR 500. For orders below INR 500 will be charged INR 100 for shipping.

Returns & Refund 

Products are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care nature of the product.
- Exchange is allowed only in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you. The Exchange request should be placed within next 24 hours after product has been delivered.

Steps to exchange a product. 

You can only place exchange requests for the products in an order. Go to My Orders in My Account section and click on the product Order code. Then click on the Return request/Cancel tab in front of the product that you want to opt for exchange. Select the reason for exchange and upload the product image for the verification process.
The order should be reviewed within 24 hours of delivery. The exchange request can be placed in 2 cases, either the ordered product is different or the ordered product is damaged

Refund

Once the product reaches the brand's warehouse and goes through the required quality check, your refund will be processed to you via the same payment method within 7 working days.

What is the time frame for requesting an exchange ?
The exchange should be processed within 24 hours once the order is delivered.

Does the customer need to bear the exchange shipping cost?
No, the customer does not need to pay an extra shipping charge for the exchange order.

What is the timeframe for exchange orders?

What are the refund policies for exchange orders and will a full or partial refund be available?
We do not provide any refund for exchange orders, If the brand does not have the inventory, the customer will receive a full refund.
